Meanwhile, back on Bali, their betrothed Radha (Sonali Bendre) and Uma (Karisma Kapoor) are excited to hear of the news. Radha is awaiting Prakash's return more eagerly as they were engaged at a young age. They are shocked when Prabhu returns with Madan instead of Prakash. Madan explains to the girls that Prakash suffered a major head injury after being hit by a rock and was left for dead by him. He also tells them that the sacred stone was stolen by someone during the attack. He then asks them to take them to where they found it so that he can look for any clues.   Radha, Uma and Madan travel to the ruins of Prakash's village, which was destroyed by a volcano. During this journey they become good friends. On the way there they are met with a few obstacles where Madan saves them from certain death. After reaching their destination they find that the sacred stone is missing. Madan then shows them that he has some experience tracking where he uses mud to reveal hidden footprints to lead them to the sacred stone. They then discover six figures of Hindu gods which indicate that this place may be linked to some treasure somewhere in the area.
